Training Session Refunds Policy
If WJTC cancel a training session then the booking will move to the next training session or be refunded on request (Requests must be made to the club treasurer and approved by the committee).

If a member cannot attend a training session, no refund will be made.

External Event Refunds
If WJTC cancels an external event, then refunds will be made.

If a participant withdraws from an external event, then refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Director.

Membership Refunds
There will be no membership refunds

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for special circumstances (e.g., relocation, unforeseen life events) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Club’s Committee.
